So, It’s your first Time at TLCC?
Here’s what you can expect during your first visit with us.
While we may be called The Little Country Church, rest assured our name is a wonderful oxymoron. Whether you choose to join us in the city at our Crosby Campus or at our 110-acre ranch at the New Caney Campus, we will be ready to greet you and make you feel right at home with the Holy Wild family.
Going to a new place can be a little uncomfortable for some people, especially if you don't know what to expect. So here’s a brief run-down of some things you'll experience during your visit at TLCC.
Upon Arrival
New Caney Campus: When you arrive at TLCC you'll follow the dirt road through our beautiful 110 acres of Camp Holy Wild. Our helpful team of Greeters will offer a warm handshake and point you in the right direction to our main sanctuary.
Crosby Campus: Right off of 2100 in Crosby you will find us between the Burger King and the Dairy Queen. You will see a team of Greeters ready to direct you to a convenient parking spot.
Visitor Info + The Bread Ministry
At TLCC we are excited to have visitors and want to know you have joined us. At both campuses, as you come in the Sanctuary, a morning Greeter will be there to welcome you into the House of the Lord. We will ask you to fill out a guest card so we can get some basic information and stay connected with you. A special part of our service is dedicated to making our visitors feel welcome with homemade bread prepared by our Bread Ministry.
Kids + Teens
At TLCC, we love our kids! We have a Nursery for Infants up to 2 years. Children join the church family for congregational worship before being released to their classes. 3 years to Kindergarten meet in the Lions Den. TLCC Children's Church offers a fun bible study for 1st-4th graders. Pre-teen bible study is also available for 5th-8th graders. Junior and Senior High students stay in the sanctuary on Sundays.
Forge, our student ministry, offers weekly meetings at both church locations, allowing students to dig deeper into their relationship with each other, and with God.
Music
Walk into the Sanctuary and you'll hear our Worship Team playing worship songs from a variety of musical genres.
At TLCC we believe that worship is a joyful noise that can be used to open our hearts and prepare us for the Word. We use music to edify God; singing praise to Him, rather than about Him.
The song lyrics are projected on screens so you can follow along. Many lift their hands in surrender; worshiping & communicating with God in their own ways.
After Service
Crosby Campus: After service, enjoy the fellowship and shake Pastor Jerry’s hand on your way out. If you’re feeling up to it, get on the road and join us at the ranch for our New Caney Service which starts at 10:30am
New Caney Campus: After the service is over, spend some time on the patio, take in the beauty and serenity of our 110 beautiful acres, get information about Holy Wild happenings, and meet some new friends.
